BodyMind BodyWork Wellness
At Body Mind Bodywork Wellness, I focus on helping individuals reconnect with their bodies through holistic, integrative approaches that support long-term well-being—physically, emotionally,

Welcome

Hi, I'm Shannon.

This space used to be centered around traditional wellness—tips, routines, things that were supposed to help.

But over time, my relationship with wellness changed.

So my writing did too.

Now, I write more personally—about experience, awareness, and what it actually means to feel okay in your body and your life.

I no longer publish traditional blog posts here.

Most of my writing lives on Vocal, where I share more in-depth, personal pieces.

They're less about advice—and more about honesty.

What You'll Find in My Writing

  • The reality behind trying to feel better
  • Personal reflections on body, mind, and emotional health
  • The in-between space where growth actually happens
  • Thoughts that don't always fit into "wellness" boxes

If you're looking for perfect answers, you won't find them here.

If you're open to real ones, you might.

And, along the way, I've come across things that have genuinely supported me.

Not as fixes—but as tools.

If you're curious, I've shared them here:

→ What I Personally Use

Hi, I'm Shannon—writer, massage therapist, and Thai bodyworker, and someone who's spent a lot of time exploring what "wellness" actually means beyond surface-level advice.

This space is an extension of that exploration.

Not as an expert with answers—but as someone paying attention and offering awareness instead.

If you're looking for my earlier wellness writing, you can still find it here:

If you're looking for tools for doing the inner work of discovering yourself, you can find those here:

Journalsbooks, and numerology readings.

And, if you're looking to work with me in person, this is where you can book a massage session.
