Hi and welcome. The purpose of my website is to share my work with you. Thanks for checking me out.
I've been a writer since I can remember, beginning at a young age with diaries that had locks on them, and you needed a key to open them. I've since written in countless diaries, plain-lined notebooks, scrap pieces of paper, napkins, and anything I could find to write in or on, that is, until I got a laptop.
Now, I can write, create, and share my work more efficiently and quickly with many people who wouldn't necessarily get to see it otherwise.
My work centers on and around health and wellness. I'm a massage therapist, intuitive spiritual healer, and somatic-style coach.
